  • By Check which will email an invoice with the confirmation email to be returned with a check.
  • By Credit Card using PayPal.

Registration Policy

All registrations shall be made online. After you confirm your registration detail are correct you will be provided the opportunity to pay by check or by credit card using PayPal. The PayPal option has two possible responses. You have the choice to Cancel which will return you to the registration page where your registration will then be converted to Pay by Check. Paying on PayPal requires that you enter the value calculated and will be displayed on the screen with the Pay Now PayPal button. If you have a PayPal account you may login and use it to pay your registration. To use a Credit Card locate the link to "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" and enter all your info. Upon completion you MUST scroll down and locate and click on the "RETRUN TO MERCHANT" link in order to complete registration.

Registrations will be accepted up to Dec 15, 2019. Anything after that date is subject to room availability. Changes to any registration must be made prior to this date.

Registration Change Procedure:

All registion changes will require you to contact Len Friedlander via email. Note any changes you wish to make including the amount for those changes. If additional monies are due you will have mail in a check to cover the changes. If the change would result in a refund the Council will refund via check within 2 weeks of receiving your request.
