Special Info for Convention Attendees

Friday, June 21st is Third Friday in downtown Safety Harbor. The entire Main Street will be closed off to vehicle traffic from 5 pm till 10 pm. After the President's reception, everyone is invited to stroll down main street (literally within steps of the front door lobby of the Spa), to enjoy the small town charm of Safety Harbor's -Third Friday event which includes street musicians, a band at the gazebo, food vendors, arts and crafts street vendors, restaurants, microbrewery, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, bakeries, quaint shops, and more. Other suggested events for that Friday evening will be posted at the registration desk; i.e., Ruth Eckerd Hall Schedule of shows, concerts & events.

Registration Policy

Pay by Credit Card

Online registrations "Paid by Credit Card" use PayPal and shall be considered completed when you receive your confirmation email. You must click "Return to Merchant" after completing payment which lets us know your payment was successful If when you reach Paypal should you choose to not continue with PayPal click "Cancel" to return to the registration page. Your PayPal registration payment will be converted to "Pay by Check" and an invoice will be included with your confirmation email. Your registration will remain in a pending status until your check is received.

Online registrations using "Paid by Check" will include an invoice with the confirmation email. Your registration will remain in a pending status until your check is received.

Request that checks be mailed NLT 5/17/2019.

Registrations will be accepted up to 5/17/2019. Changes to any registration must be made prior to this date.

Registration Change Procedure:

All registration changes will be by email to Lewis Vandyke at Note any changes you wish to make including the dollar amount difference for those changes. Send a check to cover any additional changes. If the change would result in a refund please indicate so on the form and the Council will refund via check within 2 weeks of receiving your request.
