Descriptions of Cabins Prices.  Prices listed are per-person based on double occupancy.  Single cabins can be quoted on request.  Price for third and fourth persons is $475 regardless of cabin category.  For more details, refer to the Holland America Caribbean Cruises Brochure, Apr 2003 � Dec 2004 edition.  You can call  877-724-5425 to obtain a copy.

Cabin Categories

            Inside Standard Cabin, Categories NN and N:  Two lower beds convertible to queen, one sofa bed and a Pullman upper, + shower.  Cat NN is $690, Cat N is $708.

            Inside Large Cabin, Categories MM, M,L,K,J and I:  Equipped same as above without Pullman upper except for Category L which has the upper.  These range from $722 to $809 depending on the deck and location.

            Outside Large Cabin, Categories  HH,H,G,FF,F,L,DD,D and  C:  Equipped with two lower beds convertible to queen, bathtub and shower.  Category FF also has a Pullman upper and a sofa bed.  These begin at $825 and end at $957 - again depending on the deck and location.

            Veranda Suites, Categories BB,B and A:  Equipped with two lower beds convertible to queen, whirlpool bath and shower, sitting area, private veranda, VCR, mini-bar, refrigerator, floor-to-ceiling windows.  These begin at $1,156 and other available veranda cabin quotes on request.

Suggestion  When making your reservation, you may want to consider using the BB, HH, MM or NN Categories, depending on your preference, at the guaranteed rate.  This will insure the minimum price you are willing to pay, and you may be upgraded to a higher category when all the reservations on the ship have been finalized.

Taxes and Port Charges  To each fare above, add  $124 for port charge and $77.17 government tax, a total of $201.17. 

Payment  A deposit of $350 is required upon initial booking of a cabin.  Final payment is due 4 Jan 2004.  After that, penalties for cancellation will apply, so it is recommended that you have cancellation insurance as described  below.  

Medical Coverage and Cancellation Insurance:  Holland America offers a complete trip cancellation protection plan  that also includes emergency medical service.  It is called the Cancellation Protection Plan Platinum Plus. Details may be obtained from Good Friends Travel.
