Council Administrative
Book ("The Blue Book")
The Council Administrative Book,
published by the Florida Council of Chapters of MOAA, is known as "The
Blue Book" because it once was distributed within a blue binder,
and because the term continues to be used by new generations of council and
chapter leaders. It is the basis of all council administrative procedures,
thus each council board member and each president of a chapter or club
affiliated with the council needs to be familiar with it.
We are pleased to provide the following
copy of the secretary's master Blue Book, which can be downloaded and/or
printed.

Sections I & II herein, is solely for the use of Blue Book holders in carrying out their duties while conducting Council business.
Any use or release of such personal information for other than Council
purposes is strictly prohibited without the prior expressed written consent
of the Florida Council President.
