ALL active duty, retired, National Guard, Reserve, and former commissioned officers and warrant officers of the uniformed services of the United States - Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, Public Health Service, and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration - are eligible for membership.

Surviving Spouse membership is also available for surviving spouses of deceased officers.

Associate membership is open to all Senior NCO's of all service branches. Senior NCO's have the same rights and privileges as regular members except the right to vote or serve as a member of the board.
