Join Chapter President Carroll Oates and Capter 1st Vice-President Terry Treat who were guests on the Veterans Council Radio Show hosted by Marty Zickert. Oates and Treat discussed plans for the Veterans Day Ceremony of the Veterans Memorial Island Sanctuary. The program that day will include the dedication of a World War I monument featuring a Doughboy infantryman. The monument project development was spearheaded by the Indian River Chapter lead by Carlos Holcomb, Col, USAF-Ret.
