American Legion Post #250 and MOAA Northeast Florida Chapter Interview Candidates to Attend Florida Boys State
On January 19, 2020 your MOAA Northeast Florida Chapter was directly involved with the Florida Boys State program by partnering with American Legion Post #250 in the interviewing and selection of candidates to attend Boys State. A total of 19 candidates from area high school JROTC programs had been selected to be interviewed and from that group the selection committee chose five Delegates and three alternates. CWO5 Wayne Elliott is the Chairman of Post#250 Boys State program and serves as MOAA Northeast Florida Chapter Transition Liaison and Board member. Chapter Secretary LT David Mosley and Chapter Board member CDR Dave Kennett also served on the interview committee.
