What We Are: MOAA's Historic Mayport Chapter (HMC) is a Veteran's Organization incorporated as a 501-c-19 in the State of Florida, and is an affiliate of both the Military Officer's Association of America (MOAA) and the Florida Council of Chapters (FCoC).

Our Focus: MOAA, the FCoC and HMC are non-partisan organizations focused on maintaining the pay and benefits for all active duty U.S. military service members, their families including surviving spouses, and veterans of all the U.S. military services.

Our Motto: To inspire and be a force for good!

What We Do: Our mission is to serve as a vehicle to harness and apply the skills, energy and resources of active-duty, former, and retired military officer members, their spouses, surviving spouses and associate members to help our community with advocacy and direct support to assist military members and their families, support patriotic activities, aid high school / college cadet programs, and partner with local organizations for the betterment of our community with a special focus on the Mayport Naval Station.
